Treated like Royalty as the only guest. Food was great. Highly recommended overnight stay (or more). Mr Vermaak went way beyond normal hosting duties as a result of vehicle troubles.

Warm reception with all home comforts
I had been told I would receive a very friendly reception at this place, and I was not disappointed. I was the only paying guest at a large dinner party of the host's friends, but was welcomed into it as if I was one of the family. The host, Foy, was full of fascinating conversation about his family and South African history in general.

A warm, welcoming place
A taste of real hospitality. We loved eating round the big table and Ann did us proud with her cooking. The rooms were very comfortable, the food was excellent and it was lovely to talk to other visitors.
