Backpackers rooms
The backpackers room was expensive for what was provided, there were no kitchen facilities except for an outside fireplace and a kettle, also no heating of the room
The septic tanks in the back garden were also overflowing and smelt bad

Friendly and helpful, comfortable beds
Dorm room and bedding were clean and cozy, staff were very kind and helpful, barkeep was a little overwhelmed but all in all we had a great night. Communal ablutions were neat although a private changing area by the showers would be really welcome. Charming little place, will recommend.

Cosy room, friendly staff
We stayed in a room with a fireplace, very comfortable. Pub/bar is a local gathering point to watch sports events on TV/Satelite.

This was the poorest experience of a hotel room we have ever had! The building is falling apart (brandering of the ceiling was seperated from the wall) and the room was dirty. The carpet was dirty and had holes burned into. The room was cold and the fireplace was inefficent. No electric heater or electric blanket were availlable. We were, however, supplied with additional firewood. The hot water supply was very good! The service in the restaurant was so slow, that we had to abandon it.
