Awesome Place In Graaf
We stayed at Profcon in April 14, Self-catering unit. The place was easy to find, on the main road, a few blocks away from the main shops, which was a bonus. Such a comfortable stay. Definitely worth going back.

EXACTLY what we needed!
This is the perfect spot to base yourself while exploring Graaf Reinett - it's well priced and exceptional value for money. The pool was the cherry on top! They really pay attention to detail right down to the complimentary fresh milk on arrival. We will not stay anywhere else in this area!

Expansion means lowering of personal attention at Profcon!
I made a booking for two visiting German friends that stayed over on the 24th and 25th of December. Whilst the booking was done I asked for a booking to be made for Christmas Eve dinner a restaurant for my guests. This was followed up with two personal calls to the venue and a promise that it was done. On arrival said booking was not done and to my great embarrassment they went from one place to the other only to be squeezed in at a very lousy place since all the good venues were fully booked... Furthermore, notwithstanding a specific mention in an e-mail to me that breakfast could be had there, they were told that Profcon did not give breakfasts to people staying less than three days! This was such a disappointment contrary to the previous stay there which we thoroughly enjoyed! No, Profcon, in your chase after money you have lost your personal touch. I have now booked my other overseas visitors elsewhere.

Customer care
The suite we stayed in is conveniently situated and looks good from the outside. However, we were disappointed that not much thought has been given to the safety of visitors; e.g. extension cables lie around and wait for accidents and the shower floor is dangerous as it is shaped like a steep funnel. The lighting in the bedroom should be improved and a proper mirror provided for the lady visitor.

Great room and service for the price; safe and secure; walk to great eateries; wander the gardens. Reminded us of an Afrikaans Palm Springs, wild nature hikes nearby.

Overnight stay
We were booked into Rosedene but on arrival discovered that we were upgraded to Daisy cottage. How lovely to sleep in an airconditioned room in the heat! Everything is clean and tasteful and we slept very well after a long drive. Thank you.
