Was heel verbaas oor hoe 'homey' die woonstel was, en was baie goed toegerus. Die stap af strand toe het gesorg vir bietjie oefening:-)
Sal verseker weer gebruik maak daarvan in die toekoms.

Restful break
The building and grounds with a swimming pool and braai area are well maintained, secure and quiet, no loud noises. The flat is nicely furnished and had everything that we needed for our stay.
We enjoyed the view from the patio, at the river bend that leads out next to the beach into the sea.
We saw plenty of wildlife from the patio - ducks, a fish eagle and other bird species such as peacock and swallows, dassies, monkeys and salamanders.
A walk away from the flat is the Waffle House that leads out to the beach.
Thank you for our lovely holiday at the beach.

Excellent
We stayed at Providence 40 for 2 weeks and we had a fantastic honeymoon. The view is amazing and we received a very warm welcome on arrival. Providence 40 is very close to the beach and we will definitely returning for holiday there in the near future. Thank you Carel!

Exquisite
The stay at providence is exquisite! There is a enormous balcony in the unit with a panoramic view of the ocean and the surrounding lagoon area. The unit is quite large allowing a relaxed atmosphere for someone who doesnt like to be cropped up! The unit is clean and close to all close by amenities. It is in a nice secure complex and away from the hustle and bustle of the margate holiday makers. Carel is a friendly gentleman who ensures that his guests get what they paid for! Will reccomend it to anyone!

Not good
The view was nice but personnaly I would not go back. None of the lights outside the apartment worked and I fell with my baby on the stairs. We must payed R400 for cleaning service which we did not get. No responce from the owner when you try to complain. So I'm really disappointed!
