The accommodation was as per our discussion with the reception, the shower was very dirt as a result we could not shower, the Staff was not welcoming or accommodating they behaved as though they did not know what was expected of them and on our last day we could not eat our breakfast as we were told by the Chef that the waiter is running late as a result we used our own money to go get breakfast elsewhere and forfeited the breakfast we paid for.
Poor,Poor,Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great stay at RamkietjieThe r.room was neat and very comfy. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a very romantic dinner in the restaurant, and were able to relax on the beautiful property. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

As Ramkietjie denied us our Stay with them sorry i will not rate them at all, 0%. They dumped us at another place and blamed someone else for not making the booking after we received our booking confirmation and paid the deposit. So if they treat you like this what rating are there after all the lies
