My stay at Regal
Good service, clean and friendly.

Not worth the money
Lady was friendly other then that the bed was terrible, small and uncomfortable and that's all we needed was a nice bed!
Toilet runs no shower no pressure for water for a bath, ran out of loo paper, had to move the car all the time because the parking was an issue.
Establishment's Response
We do apologize that we did not meet the client’s expectation. We are offering a good facility/ service to our guests and will do anything to satisfy our customers. The comment is however contrary to all the reviews and feedback we received from our past guests via booking agencies as well as our own website. We supply good quality beds as well as good quality, clean linen. The water pressure and the toilet is in good order. Two Baby Soft toilet rolls were supplied and she could have asked if she needed more. We have asked the client once to move the car! The parking has been extended now! We can only learn out of this incident and will strive to offer excellent service/ establishment to our guests.

Comfortable and convenient situation
Our hosts were most obliging and the double room was comfortable, secure and serviced daily. The single room is rather small but also comfortable.
