Rosa Villa Guest House

We had a lovely stay at Rosa Villa. The only thing that we didn't consider was that the farm is 68km from Sutherland on a very bad gravel road - it was a bit of a mission to drive into town every day. There is no petrol stations (or shops or anything except the Church) open in Sutherland on a Sunday. Other than that - if you are looking for a quiet, out of the way, charming wooden house accommodation. Rosa Villa is the place for you.

Peaceful, quiet surroundings - ideal to break away from city life. Fresh, open and clear skies - a tonic for body and soul. The ideal place to stay if you want to do nothing, and just enjoy the spacious house and vast vista.
