Simple and spacious
We had a lovely weekend visit to Rustic House and enjoyed the quiet of Elands Bay and a trip to Muisbosskerm which is always a treat.

Great House if cold in Winter weather. Loved the attention to detail, (smoothed bricks and bespoke joinery and quiet straw). Suggest cleaning up entrance and sweeping courtyard for better welcome.

Perfect get away
The Straw House was a perfect holiday house for us. Loved the rustic vibe to it. The court yard was just right! We could watch the kids playing while relaxing from the couch. Love the fact that the rooms were separate. The outdoor bathroom added another element of fun and surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to go back.

Wow wow wow
Most amazing spot! Totally loved our weekend there! Could not have been more perfect! Thank you. Loved the extra outside bathroom too. So much thought went into this spot- down to the mozzie nets- huge win! Walked straight down the road to beach and surfed with the dolphins- that's memory stuff right there! Yes we will be back! Thank you sooo much.

Soul soothing
We had the pleasure of staying at The Straw House in Elands Bay this August 2012, and what an absolute any season get-away nirvana!
Despite mother natures sudden mood swings, and the electricity being out as a result – we had the most satisfyingly, magical and comfortable stay!
An unforgettable weekend in a welcoming "rustig" place! Just beautifully soul soothing!
