Sanloo Manor Unsatisfactory Client Service
The Lady at the reception was so rude when we only wanted to inform her that will be arriving late around 17h00 from Johannesburg. She dropped our phone more than twice, saying 'hello' and when trying to converse with her she will hang up the phone. She could not even try to listen to us.
When we arrive at 17h00 we had a very unpleasant welcoming. They just gave us our room number and never take us through the room. We had to be on our own, and only to find out that the air conditioner was not even working.
Mattress bed was not comfortable and there was some noise in the other rooms.

Midweek stay at Sanloo Manor
I had a pleasant four day stay at Sanloo Manor whilst on business in Tzaneen. Comfortable room with good aircon and adequate TV. Breakfast and dinner are available with a good range of options. Staff are friendly and helpful and no problems were encountered. There is a bar where one can enjoy a quiet drink or two.

Excellent
I stayed there for one night. The room was clean and spacious, a little uncomfortable as the bed was hard and the pillows fairly non existent. The toilet also required an extra flush before use, as someone hadn't bothered to check when cleaning, which wasn't the best start. All in all it was excellent value for money and a very convenient place to stay.
