Disappointed Couple
We checked in on Wednesday at Sheppard Boutique hotel & checked out on Sunday morning & our sheets were not changed once during our stay, this was very disturbing for me & even raised it with the manager on duty. The carpet in the room was dirty, we were served the same breakfast everyday, no variety that one would expect from a 4 star establishment. It just looks good from a distance, was personally very disappointed by this place.

SHEPPARD BOTIQUE HOTEL
Room is exceptionally dark. Even at midday lights need to be turned on.
Nelspruit heat in excess of 30 degrees yet not even a small bottle of water supplied.
At R950 per night you think that could be offered.
Soap and shampoo supplied are miniature even tiny.
Obviously cost cutting raging here.
I'm afraid Sheppard ' Boutique ' Hotel has seen better days. At R950 per night it is an outrage !
Will definitely not be returning

Wonderful place
What a wonderful place to enjoy vacation with your loved ones. I enjoyed every moment from my arrival until my departure. To the management and the staff: keep up the good work and your hospitality is appreciated.
