The worst of this trip
1) They charge before you check in! Their trust is so of a lower standard then international hotels!
2) They charge extra! (50 ZAR) and they charge refundable ZAR 300 for a purpose that they do not know themselves. One time it is key money and another time it is for breaking things.
3) The WiFi did NOT work in the room ( our room was 2) and after complaining at the reception/desk we had also NO SIGNAL around the pool.
4) The pool was NOT clean or clear!
5) Although the double pricing they dare to cut the service (NO household during Christmas.)
6) We recommend to NO one to book these premises as they do NOT give what you booked!!!

Great!
We really enjoyed our stay - VERY affordable and exactly what we needed.
Thanks for everything!

Excellent
The accommodation was superb. The cleaning staff friendly, accommodating when the teenagers were sleeping in, and efficient. We loved the swimming pool. The air-conditioners were a lifesaver during the warm days.
