We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peter was really friendly and insightful, the place was clean and the view breathtaking! The toilet was leaking though and the driveway was a bit too steep for our little car but those were minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed ourselves.

Surf and Sand
quite honestly I was not impressed at the place.
Nobody came to welcome us when we arrived I had to phone to be let in no problem. I was told that the keys were under the carpet outside the front door. I battled with trying to open the door for about half an hour. I was told by the owner over the phone to do certain things to open the door. The place was filthy inside the stove was full of dirty oil and grime. The floors were not cleaned the bath was dirty and the alarm clock was as dirty as can be the rooms have not bee aired. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom as the dampness and mould were coming through the walls. The furniture have seen better days and in need of a good wash. The TV PROGRAMS WERE NONE EXISTING thank goodness for having taken my laptop and hard drive.
this place has a lot of potential but needs quite a bit of tlc that is lacking. The view is stunning from where we were but your client needs to go and see what he is letting to clients

I find it strange that 2 months down the track the guest now sends a review. The guest was asked to advise time of arrival but never replied. We have the DSTV bouquet,which is stated on the confirmation form I was personally in the unit on Friday and the guest arrived on Sunday. There is NO damp in the bedroom and the unit had been thoroughly cleaned. I have had plenty of good reviews from guests staying in a so called damp unit. Peter.

Relaxing stay
Our stay at Surf and Sand was really amazing I would definitely go there again we had a breath taking view. Obly issue was the parking arrangements but that was soon sorted out. We enjoyed it to the max.

Great stay, but with a few bumps
Overall we had an amazing time! Breakerview was stunning! The owner was so kind as to upgrade us (we booked Kingfisher) as the suite was empty. We did however have to wait 40min to be let in when we arrived, even though we were exactly on time. Also, 4 days later I have still not received my deposit back.

A nice place but does not have some things that are mentioned. T.V reception very poor. Only one movie channel. Does not mention you have to take own towels. A bit disappointed.
