You know what is terrible? The fact that this gem has stayed a secret this long. Sure, Ashton is a small town and you could blink and miss it while driving through, but that would be a mistake. Ashton is close to Robertson and Montagu and has a wonderfully quirky appeal (yes Platform 62 I'm looking at you). The Haven itself is amazing. The unit we stayed in was lovely with everything you need for a lovely self-catering getaway. The real magic happens outside the unit when you walk on to the splendid lawn. The vibe is quiet and relaxed even with a few kids running around playing games on the lawn. Families, couples, friends, groups of business men and even you, yes you will feel at home here.
