Lovely old farm cottage
Just the right distance to take a break in a long journey from JHB . We had a very peaceful stay in this lovely old farm cottage . Our hoasts were delightful , professonal & hospitable. We would highly recommend staying at Tienfontein.

Old perfection
what a lovely surprise Tienfontein is. A stunning old house on a beautifully well kept farm. Delicious food, clean house full of old charm and welcoming hosts. Lovely white cotton linen make for a perfect nights sleep.

Tienfontein, wat 'n wonderlike plekkie
Wow.. wat 'n fantastiese tydjie. Eugene en Alta, jul is voorwaar besonderse mense. ons kon nie vir 'n beter plekkie gevra het om te rus oppad huis toe. Alta, jou kos is vyfster gehalte, en jul gasvryheid is uit die boonste rakke. Eugene, die moeite wat jy vir Jacques gemaak het word hoogs op prys gestel. Jul huisie is vol afrikaner geskiedenis en my man het skoon liries geraak. Jul sal ons defnitief weer sien. Weereens dankie vir die twee dae.

Wat 'n fantastiese "home from home". Julle gasvryheid is wonderlik. Die woning en verblyf pragtig. Ek sal verseker dit aanbeveel en weer dan kom bly.

I would not hesitate to take any of my overseas visitors to this B&B. Chock full of history with excellent hosts. The breakfast was superb and the facilities were great.

Tienfontein was comfortable and warm and it was a pleasure spending the evening reading.

Fabulous place. Accommodation, food and hosts were first class. Only when we were leaving did we discover booklets on the history and geology of the area. Would like to have been able to stay for an extra day.
