Uncle Tom's Guest House

We had a very warm reception and the room was adequate for our needs for a one night stop over. It was neat and clean with good bedding and tea and coffee facilities. It is however very basic. The room structure, tiling, wiring etc. is very patchwork. Cupboards and doors for example are unpainted. An effort has been made to create a lovely garden and there was space for the children to run around. If it were warmer they would have had a swim.

Very pleasant stay with extremely helpful hosts and the parrot does not bite if you are male!!
