Fabulous Property
This is by far the best property I've stayed in, its the only place where the reality was even better than the photos!
Would thoroughly recommend for families or couples, although probably not suitable for very young children due to lots of steps.
Really well equipped anything and everything you could need. Great location right on beach, the house was so nice we really couldn't be bothered to leave it to go do all the touristy stuff we had planned for Cape Town!

Seaside paradise
Beautiful home, most perfectly amazing view anyone could ask for. Who needs a garden when you have the beach on your doorstep!! Had an awesome time and would definitely recommend Villa Misty Cliffs to everyone!

Wow!
Delightful! Nicer even than it appears on the website, and we would certainly recommend it to others. Just a short distance from Cape Town and yet it feels like you are far, far away from the city...

House is fantastic and the weather was awesome. We got lucky considering it was the end of April. It all came together and in good weather the house is a gem. There was also great surf / swell for 2 days off the beach break at Misty's.

Villa Misty Cliffs
Recently stayed in this villa. Although all the doors and windows have “baboon proof” locks, none can be left open unattended, like we found out when 2 HUGE baboons came in through the one sliding door that was closed but not locked. These are not animals you want to confront, so we watched helpless as they trashed the kitchen with all our food that was packed away in the fridge. Another one threw a dustbin onto our car’s bonnet in the garage! Obviously this is not something that the owners can control, but I am not sure how you stay here in hot summer months without being able to open any doors or windows without physically guarding it all the time? While the Jacuzzi worked for the first hour we sat in it, the jets stopped working and water went cold straight after. We were unable to use it again for the rest of the stay. My husband had to shower in lukewarm/cold water on the morning we were due to leave, after I poured half a bath, so not sure what the geyser problem was? The cherry on the cake then came when I had wait 2 WEEKS to get refunded a R2500-00 breakage deposit that was supposed to have been paid back on the day of our departure. After numerous requests I eventually asked Safari to step in to get the issue sorted, which eventually resulted in the EFT being paid over. Please note that the advertised price on the Safari website states R2500 throughout the year, which is totally incorrect, R2500 is only for winter rates!

Great
Absolutely gorgeous house and setting. Those sunsets are heaven and it is such an amazing feeling to be able to sit in a Jacuzzi right next to the beach. The dishwasher does not clean dishes properly, and required us to wash especially the glasses again. It might be the powder or the machine.
