Outstanding service and pleasant stay
During our stay at the Villa Palmeira we were treated so well - the breakfasts was tasteful - beautifully decorated by Pulane. she made us an amazing Chicken Salad for lunch. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Will most definitely recommend and you will definitely see us in the future again

Totally Disappointed
We booked in Villa but they changed to Waterberg Guest house without any prior notification which is opposite to Villa as they cannot accommodate 5 people at Villa, They sent us a direct booking confirmation from Waterberg. We arrived at around 5 o clock in the evening but the room was not ready, we have to wait for the towels and toilet tissues. The guest house doesn't have proper ventilation and the Aircon didn't work properly. We were 5 adults and a toddler, they gave us two bed rooms with only one bathroom and guest beds in the Hall, be cautioned for bathroom if you are more than 3.No toiletries and Kitchen towels provided. We had worst experience at this place. If you are looking for a view and a proper ventilation don't go for it.
