Poor
I was very disappointed on arrival as there was a misunderstanding regarding the number of guests and we had to wait until the receptionist check her emails to confirm reservations. The owners were not accomodating at all and there was only a plastic pool for the kids to play in. I personally will not book this self catering guest house again.

Good trip
It was a very good experience. I enjoyed every moment, my kids were so happy and it felt like home, closer to town, quite moment at our own space.

Very nice place to stay and also very clean. Has all necessities.... except for adequate parking. Very friendly personnel providing good service. Will definitely stay there again.

I would come back again and again
The Waterberg guest house was amazing. The place was really comfortable and the owners were the sweetest. Definitely looking forward to coming back with my friends again one day. The only issue was parking but that was soon sorted out. It can get a bit hot in Bela Bela so a proper pool would make the guest house even more better.
