Waters Edge

Don't let the pictures mislead you. The son of the lady is staying on the top floor. When they walk it sounds if they are moving in or out of the place. They DO NOT AT ALL consider the guests down stairs. Busy very late at night and very early in the morning. No lights in the braai area. Only a green bulb that meant nothing.  We used the cellphone to provide light at the braai.  The fridge produce it's own ice.  Trying to retrieve crushed ice ... nothing.  When we open the door everything fell on the ground.  The dispenser as blocked.   Booked for 3 days, but no hangers for clothing.  The main attraction was the jacuzzi.  Put in on, after 3 hour we phoned the lady and asked why it is not hot.  She said something wrong with thermostat and that electrician was phone but did not pitched. The second day 6:15 in the morning she phoned me and asked if the power is on.  She said we cannot use the kettle, toaster and microwave at the same time. Asked if her son can come and have a look.  Quickly got dressed ... still waiting for him to pitch.  Only after 5 that afternoon she came with someone.  So the meat in the freezer defrosted.  We left the second day.  After asking about the jacuzzi again she said to use it will be extra money.  Differs from the first comment on jacuzzi.

Beautiful accommodation, will come back again and recommend to friends looking for accommodation in Port Elizabeth. The owner is very cheerful and accommodating.
