AMAZING SETTING
Despite the wonderful setting, we were extremely disappointed that we had NO warm water in our chalet and neither did our neighbours. It was middle of winter and below zero degrees and what we really needed after a long day travelling, was a nice hot shower. We were booked for two evenings but left after day one due to the above issue. Hopefully I will be reimbursed for day 2 as promised. We will go back should this problem be resolved

Ons het ons verblyf behoorlik geniet. Dit was presies wat mens verwag en meer van n naweek wegbreek. Ons wou nie huis toe nie. Ons Sal definitief weer terug gaan.

Ons het met ons fietse op die plaas rond gery en het baie wild gesien. Wat n ervaring!!

Great place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wilgerfontein, it was the ideal place to end our road trip. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The setting is idyllic, with great views across the Fish river. The game viewing was good and it was fun to do the 4x4 trails. Will definitely be back.

Fun, Relaxed and Breathtaking
It was one of the best stays we had in a very long time. Nice and private with friendly staff. The owners, Christo Els and Kevin Simon together with their wives were fantastic host. Kevin even brought me one of the local newspapers to read. The river tubing was amazing not to mention the breathtaking views of unending landscapes and game. I will never forget Christo's wise words "You can't buy a farm with your head, you have to buy it with your heart" Love it
