Justwant to thank the management of Wyford Farm for the refund received. I fullyunderstand that a geyser can malfunction at any time. It is alsounderstandable that it was impossible to get someone out to repair the geyser ona Saturday at such a late hour. My complaint was handled professionally and theapology was accepted in the light of the circumstances. Thank you Wyford Farm,will definitely book for an overnight stay again!!

No Hot water
Good day,
Unfortunately it was not so good asthe previous time.. When the booking was made, we indicated that we had a 9month old baby who will accompany us. We were placed in the Jacaranda Cottage,but unfortunately there was no Hot water for bathing the little baby. We wereoffered a bathroom inside the house. While I was busy braaiing, my wife,daughter and grandchild used the bathroom inside the house. When finishingbraaiing, I want to use the bathroom as offered, but the main door was lockedand I was unable to use the bathroom.No one responded when knocking on thedoor. I use the shower in the cottage where only Cold water was available....As a result of this, we could not shower the next morning and returned homewithout a nice shower/bath. I think they must use a "CheckList" before the guests arrive to make sure everything is in workingorder. Like they say in South Africa.. " Pay back the money"
Also the matrasses were not verycomfortable as one can feel the springs coming through and it was not a pleasantnight rest at all.

Perfect family getaway
We had the most wonderful family weekend away at Wyford Farm. The children loved the freedom and roamed around on their own, coming back full of stories and treasures, indluding feathers and small stones.

Good option for a halfway stopover
Hosts Sheila and Stanford were very friendly. Conveniently close to N3. Enjoyed the information folder containing interesting facts about the area and the farm's history. Very basic, yet comfortable amenities. Very scenic area and rustic accommodation. Well worth the money. Will visit again.
