Accommodation was outstanding, however their website is misleading regarding the breakfast, because it say the breakfast is included in the rate that you being charged

satisfactory stay. The room was extremely hot. No fan or aircon. Opened the windows but couldn't open cutains (street facing with large windows). Had to close windows during night (no burglar proofing) No correct 2 pin plug for hairdryer. Would not recommend as a 'honeymoon' suite. Clean and neat. Near hospital and mall.

Neat and clean but noisy
Found the guest house to be very clean and neat, but the environment noisy, including staff, maintenance workers and neighbours dogs continuously barking and howling during the night.

Brief stay at Xaviera Guest House
Some of my family and I needed accommodation for a wedding in Pretoria.
Xaviera came back with the best rates and it suited us because it was close to the venue.
We were pleasantly surprised with the neat and spacious rooms, and Nico, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.
If the need arises in future, we will definitely go back!

Very pleasant
We had a very pleasant, brief stay at Xaviera Guest House. Service was friendly, facilities clean and comfortable. We booked a family room, but Annatjie kindly offered our 13 year old son a room of his own - much appreciated.
